Returns & Replacements
If something isn’t right, I’ll fix it.
Just email me at nat@inktally.co.uk with your order number.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
- Send a photo within 14 days.
- I will replace it immediately, at no cost.
- You do not need to return the damaged item.
No hassle. No stress.
Change of Mind / Standard Returns
For Calendars and Legacy Prints (open edition):
- Returns accepted within 14 days.
- Item must be in original condition.
- Refund processed to your original payment method once the return is received.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer (unless the item arrived damaged).
Limited Edition Prints
Limited Edition prints are made to order, often signed and/or hand-finished.
- All Limited Edition sales are final (unless the print arrives damaged — then I replace it).
If a Limited Edition arrives damaged:
- Send a clear photo within 14 days.
- I will replace it. If the edition has sold out, I will refund you instead.
Lost / Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived:
- Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
- If it’s marked delayed, I’ll keep you updated while the courier resolves it.
- If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, I will replace it at no cost.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Check safe places and with neighbours/household members.
- Contact your local delivery depot (sometimes items are scanned early).
- If still missing after 72 hours, email me and we’ll resolve it together.
(This prevents courier errors from becoming your stress.)
Incorrect Address at Checkout
Please double-check your address before completing your order. If the address entered was incorrect:
- I cannot reroute once shipped.
- If the parcel returns to me, I can resend it.
- Additional postage may be required to reship.
