Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide.
If your address accepts mail, I can send it.


Where do orders ship from?

  • Calendars and Legacy Prints ship from professional print labs close to your location (UK, EU, USA, AUS, etc.). This keeps delivery times faster and reduces carbon footprint.

  • Limited Editions ship directly from my studio in the UK.


How long will my order take to ship?

  • Calendars + Legacy Prints: 1–5 business days

  • Limited Editions: I ship twice per week, your order will go out with the next batch.


How long does delivery take?

USA & Canada 7–14 working days
Australia & International 10–21 working days

Delivery may be slightly slower during holiday seasons.


Will I get tracking?

Yes.
Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Email me a photo at nat@inktally.co.uk within 14 days and I’ll replace it immediately.
You don’t need to return anything. No stress.


Can I return something if I change my mind?

For Calendars and Legacy Prints:
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.


Are Limited Edition prints returnable?

No, Limited Editions are final sale, since they are made to order and often hand-finished.

If a Limited Edition arrives damaged:

  • Send a photo within 14 days

  • I will replace it

  • If the edition has sold out, I will refund you


What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please:

  1. Check safe places & neighbours

  2. Check with your local delivery depot

  3. Wait 72 hours, couriers often mark items delivered early

If it still hasn’t arrived:
Email me: nat@inktally.co.uk and we’ll resolve it together.


What if I typed the wrong address at checkout?

Email: nat@inktally.co.uk as soon as you realise the mistake:

If your order hasn't shipped yet, I'll change the address for you.

If the order has already shipped, I can’t reroute it.
If it returns to me, I can resend it,  additional postage may be required.


Can I combine items in one order?

Yes,  everything can be purchased together.
If your order includes both Limited Editions and items shipped by print labs, they may arrive separately.


Can I get a custom size or commission?

Not during launch periods.
Commissions and custom requests open occasionally and are announced via email,  join the list to be notified.
