Returns & Replacements

If something isn’t right, I’ll fix it.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

  • Send a photo within 14 days.
  • I will replace it immediately, at no cost.
  • You do not need to return the damaged item.

No hassle. No stress.

Change of Mind / Standard Returns

For Calendars and Legacy Prints (open edition):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days.
  • Item must be in original condition.
  • Refund processed to your original payment method once the return is received.
  • Return postage is paid by the buyer (unless the item arrived damaged).

Limited Edition Prints

Limited Edition prints are made to order, often signed and/or hand-finished.

  • All Limited Edition sales are final (unless the print arrives damaged — then I replace it).

If a Limited Edition arrives damaged:

  • Send a clear photo within 14 days.
  • I will replace it. If the edition has sold out, I will refund you instead.

Lost / Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
  2. If it’s marked delayed, I’ll keep you updated while the courier resolves it.
  3. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, I will replace it at no cost.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check safe places and with neighbours/household members.
  2. Contact your local delivery depot (sometimes items are scanned early).
  3. If still missing after 72 hours, email me and we’ll resolve it together.

(This prevents courier errors from becoming your stress.)

Incorrect Address at Checkout

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If the address entered was incorrect:

  • I cannot reroute once shipped.
  • If the parcel returns to me, I can resend it.
  • Additional postage may be required to reship.
