How Your Order Is Fulfilled

I offer two types of prints, and they are fulfilled in different ways. Please read this section carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Legacy Prints (Open Edition)

Legacy Prints are professionally produced and shipped by my trusted fine art print partner.

What happens when you order a Legacy Print:

1. Your order is automatically sent to my professional print partner.
2. Your artwork is printed onto museum-quality fine art paper.
3. It is carefully inspected and packed by their studio team.
4. Your print is shipped directly to you from a studio in your own continent where possible.
5. You receive tracking information by email once it has been dispatched.

This system helps to reduce carbon footprint and shorten delivery times by avoiding unnecessary international shipping.

If there are any issues, delays, or concerns at any stage, please email me and I will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited Edition prints are created, signed, packed, and shipped personally by me from my studio in the UK.

Each piece is handled with great care and packaged by hand using archival materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Estimated Delivery – Legacy Prints (Print Partner Fulfilment)

Legacy Prints are produced and shipped locally where possible, so delivery times are usually faster and more reliable.

These times include printing, quality checks, and shipping.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Packaging

• Legacy Prints: Packed by professional print studios using protective materials to prevent bending or creasing.
• Limited Edition Prints: Packaged by hand in archival sleeves, with rigid backing and secure mailers or tubes.

If There Is a Problem With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, has not arrived, or you are worried about a delay, please don’t stress. I am here to help.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

• Please email me a clear photo of the damage at nat@inktally.co.uk.
• I will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
• You do not need to return anything.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

• Please check your tracking link first.
• If it appears delayed, stuck, or lost, email me and I will investigate on your behalf.
• If needed, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

If You Are Worried About a Delay

• Occasionally deliveries take a little longer during busy periods.
• If you are unsure or concerned at any point, please email me.
• I will check your order and keep you updated.
